Did you know the Fair Work Commission have updated their Information Statement that is to be issued to all staff when they start with you?
The updated Statement provides new employees with information about their conditions of employment. Updates include a new look and clearly set out info minimum pay, agreement types, flexibility and most importantly an easy to read tick box grid for entitlements for the different employment types.

The statement should be provided to the employee via email, hard copy or emailing the link to them ideally before they start with their paperwork (or separately is ok too).
